extended STAY australasia™ (“ESA”) is an Australian hospitality group which provides extended stay accommodation services through businesses operating under the Aligned Corporate Residences™ and Corporate Living Accommodation™ brands (“Brands”). ESA and/or any of the businesses operating under the Brands (collectively “we”, “us” and “our”) uses information about guests or customers who stay in, or use the services of, our businesses (“you” and “your”) to fulfil our commitment to providing an unparalleled customer experience in connection with your interactions with us and as part of that, we recognise our responsibilities in regard to privacy.
What is our position in relation to Privacy?
We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and acknowledge our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) details our approach to privacy and how we may collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information. It also details your rights in relation to accessing the personal information which we collect and hold about you.

When you make a booking on our website, you will be issued a booking reference. The booking reference serves as a unique identifier, and you should keep it secure. We recommend that you do not disclose your booking reference to anyone else.
